ENTRIES WILL OPEN ON Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at 10:00am CT at the Trial Secretary’s address. All entries received before this date will be returned. ONLINE ENTRIES AND MAIL IN WILL BE AVAILABLE. Overnight or certified mail must be sent with the “No Signature Required” waiver signed. No hand-delivered entries will be accepted. Envelopes containing entries for more than three (3) dogs maximum and/or entries received prior to the open date shall be treated as an invalid entry and will be returned to the sender.
ENTRIES CLOSE ON Monday, February 25, 2026 at 12:00pm CT after which time entries cannot be accepted, cancelled, altered, or substituted except as provided for in Chapter 11, Section 6 of the Rules Applying to Dog Shows.

If you have already registered your dog on Secreterrier >>, all you have to do is find the Beaumont Ranch trials and enter. It’s that simple! You will receive an immediate initial confirmation of your entries.

No entries will be accepted by phone, email, fax or hand-delivery. Express mail entries must include the signature waiver allowing them to be left at the secretary’s address.
Inquiries may be directed to Patricia Debarros-Kari at trial.nortexswc@gmail.com. No entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any conditions as to its acceptance.
Illegible entries will not be processed and will be returned to the exhibitor. Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry and the Trial Secretary will add a $35.00 collection fee to the amount of each returned check.
CHAPTER 2: SECTION 10. HANDLING MORE THAN ONE DOG. HANDLERS MAY NOT HANDLE MORE THAN ONE DOG IN EACH CLASS (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF HANDLER DISCRIMINATION CLASSES). MULTIPLE DOGS FROM THE SAME OWNER MAY BE ENTERED IN THE SAME CLASS, PROVIDED THEY ARE RUN BY DIFFERENT HANDLERS.
NorTex Scent Work Club is proud to announce that it will host the Lagotto Romagnolo Club of America at during its upcoming trials at Beaumont Ranch, in Grandview, Texas, on March 13-14-15, 2026. This collaboration brings together exhibitors from across the country to celebrate and showcase the scent work ability of the Lagotto Romagnolo, a breed recognized for its intelligence, drive, and versatility.
The Lagotto Committee has expressed its full understanding that NorTex Scent Work Club cannot grant preferred entries for Lagotto Romagnolo competitors. All entries will be processed under NorTex’s standard procedures, ensuring fairness and consistency for every exhibitor. This alignment reflects both organizations’ commitment to integrity in competition, and to fostering a welcoming environment for all participants.
In addition to the rosettes traditionally awarded by NorTex, the Lagotto Romagnolo Nationals Committee will provide Welcome Bags full of Breed specific items, dedicated exclusively to Lagotto Romagnolo competitors.
