Upgrade Member Application
Application Instructions
Applicant must complete each field of the application and include digital signature of applicant. You must ask two Regular Members of the LRCA to be your sponsors and request they complete the online Sponsor Form. The sponsor’s signatures on the Sponsor Form must be dated within three months of your submission.
We will ask you to confirm you have read and understand the LTCA Code of Ethics at the end of this application.

Payment of $20.00 can be paid online or a check for $20.00 payable to the LRCA (sent to the Treasurer at the address below).
Note: For Household membership applications, both applicants must provide separate application forms, signed, separate Code of Ethics confirmation (at the end of this application), and separate sponsor forms.
The membership committee at membership@lagottous.com will receive your application.
If you are paying by check, mail it to Sarah Terns, LRCA, 34 Auburn Road, Millbury MA 01527.
Should the application be denied, the LRCA is under no obligation to make the reasons known and additional fees will be refunded.
